1. Straddle pallet stacker, with bottom legs in front of the stacker, is suitable for loading, unloading and transferring of goods with single side pallet or without pallet.
Advantages: Mature technology, the most common electric stacker, economic and practical.
Disadvantages: only suitable for single-sided pallets, double-sided pallets can not be used, low chassis, requires smooth working ground.
2.Wide leg high stackers, the front and bottom legs of the high stackers are wide, generally the inner width is 550/680mm, the wide legs can do 1200/1500mm, can load and unload double-sided pallets (double-sided pallets are short of the inner width, limited to its inside).
Advantages: Moderate price, can solve the double-sided pallet or some special goods requirements.
Disadvantages: covers a large area, compared with the ordinary fork leg operation is inconvenient.
3. Legless balance heavy stacker is different from forkleg stacker. It has no bottom legs in front of the balancing heavy stacker, and a counterweight block is added behind the stacker.
Advantages: wide application, similar to the traditional internal combustion forklift;
Disadvantage： The vehicle is heavier and longer than the normal stacker, so channel distance is relatively big, and the price is higher than straddle stacker.
4. The basic aspect of the forward stackers is similar to that of the balanced stackers, without a counterweight on the front leg. The difference is that the forklift and the door frame of the stackers can move a certain distance backwards and forwards, generally 550-650mm. In this way, the length of the stackers can be shortened to a certain extent, and the channel requirements can be alleviated to some extent.
Advantages: Wide range of work use, more powerful disadvantages: higher price than the normal stacker.
