Forklift operation is mainly to complete the job of loading goods , transiting and unloading of goods to the destination. The forklift loading and unloading technology is introduced below.
1. Forklift pick up the goods, the process can be summarized as 8 actions.
1) After the forklift starts, drive the forklift to the front of the palletizing and stop.
2) Vertical gantry. After the forklift stops, put the gear shifter into neutral and push the tilt lever forward to restore the gantry to the vertical position.
3) Adjust the fork height, pull back the lifting lever, lift the fork, make the fork tip align with the cargo clearance or tray fork hole.
4) Pick up the goods by fork, hang the gear lever into the first gear forward, and move the forklift forward slowly, so that the goods fork into the clearance under the goods or the fork hole of the tray. When the fork arm touches the cargo, brake the forklift.
5) Slightly lift the fork, pull back the lifting lever to make the fork rise to the height that the forklift can leave and run.
6) Tilt the gantry back and pull the tilt lever back to make the gantry lean back to the limit position.
7) Exit the cargo space, hang the gear lever back and reverse the first gear to ease the braking, and the forklift will back to the position where the goods can be dropped.
8) Adjust the fork height, push the lifting lever forward, lower the fork to a height of 200-300mm above the ground, start backward, and drive to the place of loading.
2. Forklift unloading of goods, the process can be summarized as 8 actions.
1) Drive into the cargo space, and the forklift truck will drive to the unloading place to stop and get ready for unloading.
2) Adjust the fork height, pull back the lifting lever, and lift the fork to the necessary height for putting the goods.
3) Alignment position, put the shift to the forward gear, and move the forklift slowly forward, so that the fork is located above the place where the goods are to be forked, and stop and brake.
4) Vertical gantry, tilt the joystick forward, and the gantry tilt forward to return to the vertical position. When there is a slope, allow the gantry to lean forward.
5) Drop fork unloading, push the lifting lever forward, make the fork slowly down, put the goods on the stack smoothly, and then make the fork slightly away from the bottom of the goods
6) Pull back the fork, put the gear lever into reverse, ease the braking, the forklift back to the distance can drop the fork.
7) Tilt the gantry back, pull the tilt lever back, and tilt the gantry back to the limit position.
8) Adjust the fork height, push the lifting lever forward, and lower the fork to a place 200-300mm above the ground. The forklift leaves and drives to the pickup location for the next round of pickup and put down.
