The two-stage door frame consists of an inner door frame and an outer door frame. The maximum height that the cargo fork can lift when the cargo is lifted again and the inner door frame is not moving is called the free lifting height. The general free lifting height is about 300 mm. When the cargo fork is raised to the top of the inner door frame, the inner door frame is raised at the same time as the cargo mast, which is called the fully free mast. Most forklift sprockets of more than 10 tons are directly fixed on the top of the inner door frame, and the lifting oil cylinder lifts the door frame at the beginning, so it cannot be lifted freely. The free lift forklift can enter the door slightly higher than it. Full free lift forklift used in low places, The fork will not fail to rise to the specified height because the inner mast is lifted to the roof, so it is also suitable for cabin, container operation. In order to make the driver have a better view, the lifting oil cylinder is changed to two and arranged on both sides of the mast, which is called the wide view mast. This kind of mast gradually replaced ordinary mast.
