Counterbalance forklifts are the most widely used forklifts. The fork is located outside the center line of the front wheel. In order to overcome the overturning moment generated by the cargo, a counterweight is installed at the rear of the forklift. This kind of forklift is suitable for open field operations, generally using pneumatic tires, with fast driving speed and great force. The door frame can be moved forward when picking up or unloading goods. The forks are easily inserted, and the door frame tilts back after pickup to keep the cargo stable during operation. The counterbalanced forklift is mainly composed of engine, chassis (including transmission system, steering system, frame, etc.), mast, fork frame, hydraulic system, electrical system and flat weight. Forklift masts are generally two-level masts with a lifting height of 2m-4m. When the stack height is very high and the overall height of the forklift is limited, the hydraulic system is used to drive the three- or multi-stage mast, the lift of the fork and the tilt of the door frame. In general, the lifting cylinder is equipped with a lifting wheel, and the chain can be lifted and lowered by the fork, that is, the lifting speed of the goods is twice that of the inner mast (or cylinder piston).
